Our Structure

We are a fully independent organisation led by a voluntary Board of Directors who guide Nexus and monitor the performance of our services.

Our Executive Team is a small group of dedicated professionals with qualifications in psychology, direct care, health studies and business.

Pay and conditions: Nexus staff are paid at the appropriate award wages and have access to salary sacrificing. We understand that everyone likes to work differently and are happy to talk about flexible working arrangements where practical.
