This year’s report highlights the incredible achievements of the people we support, staff success stories, and growth across the state.
Some highlights from the 2024/2025 Annual Report include:
- Becoming a statewide provider and officially expanding into Launceston, welcoming new clients and staff across the North and North West.
- Launching Southern Tasmania’s first Recycle Rewards Depot through our social enterprise, SEED.
- Winning Large Employer of the Year at the 2024 Tasmanian Training Awards, recognising our commitment to staff learning and development.
- Delivering thousands of hours of tailored training and strengthening our systems as we continue to grow sustainably.
- Hosting our inaugural Nexus Staff Celebration and Awards Night, recognising long-serving staff and celebrating excellence across leadership, values, and training through Nexus Awards.
- Developing our new Strategic Plan (2025–2028), focused on growth, impact, and client‑centred, sustainable services.
- Continuing to support clients in achieving their goals and independence.
We thank everyone who has supported us and worked alongside us in 2024-25. Thank you for helping us to uphold the rights of Tasmanians living with disability through innovative support.
