Nexus Inc is a Southern Tasmanian community based organisation employing over 350 staff who provide support and development opportunities for over 200 people who require physical, social and psychological supports.  Nexus is a registered NDIS provider.


Practice Leadership (Close 11 May 2020)

Clinical Psychologist – a part time or full time position to provide high level behavioural and clinical support to clients, staff and to support the development of a Client Governance model at Nexus.

Psychologist/Behaviour Support Practitioner – a new role to provide program and clinical support to clients and staff in the implementation of capacity building supports.


Team Leaders (Close 20 April 2020)

Team leaders provide support to staff and directly to clients.

Support Coordination – in addition to carrying a client load of NDIS Support Coordination clients this role will lead a team of three coordination staff.

Client Services (3 positions) – will each support a team of accommodation and community staff working with a range of clients with complex disabilities including intellectual, behavioural and psycho-social needs.  The role includes some direct support shifts.  Ideally one position would be filled by a leader with a psycho-social support background.


Key Workers/Support Workers (Close 20 April 2020)

The key goal of these roles is to provide physical, emotional and social support to clients by building effective relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders.  Nexus helps clients to build their capacity to reach their personal goals.
