Nexus and our NDIS support clusters

Nexus has been a registered provider with the NDIS since the scheme started.  We have a lot of experience working with people to get the most out of their plans.

We can help you with support coordination as well as providing many services that are funded by NDIS.

Nexus is registered in the following Support Categories:

We provide services under the following NDIS funded Support Clusters:

  • Assistance in coordinating or managing life stages, transitions and supports
  • Assistance to integrate into school or other educational program
  • Accommodation/Tenancy assistance
  • Coordination of Supports
  • Assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement
  • Assistance with daily personal and self-care activities & assist with Household tasks
  • Participation in community, social and civic activities
  • Training for independence in travel and transport
  • Assistance with travel/transport arrangements
  • Specialised assessment of skills, abilities and needs
  • Therapeutic supports
  • Development of daily living and life skills
  • Other innovative supports
