Last week our staff, families, Board Members and guests from across the state came together to celebrate another successful year of Nexus at our Staff Celebration and Awards Night.
We reflected on a year of growth, client and staff success stories, and the major milestone of becoming the largest Tasmanian-based disability provider after our expansion into the North!
It was wonderful to see staff across the organisation recognised for their dedication and contribution to client outcomes, service delivery and organisational culture.
2025 Nexus Awards
We continued our tradition of recognising the outstanding contributions of our staff through the 2025 Nexus Awards. There was, once again, excellent representation across our divisions, regions, and levels.
This year’s Awards featured five categories, including two exciting new additions for Outstanding Newcomer and Client Champion:
