Last week, more than 30 team members took part in LGBTQIA+ Inclusion training at our Hobart office, delivered by the incredible team at Working It Out – Tasmania’s leading sexuality, gender and intersex status support and education service.
As part of our commitment to providing tailored support to all our clients, it is always great to see our staff undertaking this training.
The half day training equips our team to better support our clients to live the life they choose, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
We understand that investing in our staff through such relevant and ongoing training is essential to achieving our mission of supporting Tasmanians with disability to live the life they choose.
