The Supported Living team is focused on providing support to clients who have a range of complex support needs.
Your role as a Team Leader
We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and motivated Team Leader to join our supportive team working in the North West Tasmania.
In this role you will lead a team of Support Workers who work with clients to improve their daily lives and achieve their individual goals.
