Congratulations to our Launceston based staff member Mel Ielasi who has been promoted to the role of Team Leader of Supported Independent Living (North).
Mel joined Nexus this year after we welcomed clients and staff from Thrive Disability Support Services.
Mel played a key role in ensuring a smooth transition for Thrive’s clients and staff. Now stepping into her new role as Team Leader, Mel is excited about continuing to support both clients and staff.
“I am looking forward to working with our amazing clients and dedicated team of colleagues at Nexus, as a Team Leader, and supporting them to the best of my abilities,” Mel said.
“My values closely align with this organisation. With Nexus’ client-first approach, I am excited to support our clients achieve their goals, live independently, and experience positive outcomes for both clients and staff.”
